Oatmeal Cream Pies [Homemade]
Recipe is from Sally's Baking Addiction website. I followed the recipe exactly, other than only making half the icing. There was still enough icing to fill the middles (as seen, not a super thick layer).

The crisp topping is a riff on pecan sandy cookies. My kids are allergic to nuts, so I swapped with rolled oats instead. I toasted the raw oats and then blitzed them in the food processor. It's actually a good alternative! Still has the nice bit of crunch from the oats, a buttery crispy cookie crumb, and just enough salt to compliment the sweet filling.
Dress is from Retro Stage, the scarf is vintage.
Sheet pan pizza. Left side is garlic and herb sauce, Castelvetrano olives, feta, and pepperoni. Right side is bbq sauce, black olives, onions, and bbq chicken.
Sweet cherries with an all-butter crust.
Dress is from Old Navy (about five years ago), mantilla is from Veil by Tradition ( https://www.veilbytradition.com/ ). Since the dress has puffy sleeves, I went with a really simple tied mantilla. I am totally a Catholic dork and like matching my clothes to the Liturgical color for special days, so I wore red for Pentecost.
The recipe is from King Arthur Flour.
