Borderline EKG, Possible left atrial enlargement

Had this done at an annual physical and was a bit concern. Have had symptoms of hypertension for the past 11 years (33 years old, 5'10', slim / athletic built). When i visit the doctors and they measure my BP, it would always be 110/70 to 130/80. However, when I measure my BP at home with omron, it would be more elevated which are consistent with my symptoms (130/80 to 140/90). Had a echocardiogram maybe 3 years ago, and no findings from that test results. Just wondering how significant this can be. Switched jobs since so health insurance is not good, and hesistant to see a cardiologist and getting a echocardiogram.

Cushing and dental health

Was on steroid eye drops 11 years ago for 2 months. Had tests run showing slightly elevated 24 hour urine free cortisol but negative on the other tests. Current symptoms are high blood pressure, morning puffy face, osteopenia, and poor dental health. Practice good dental habits and visit the dentist regularly. However recently I noticed a significant and fast deterioration of my teeth. Multiple teeth with gum recession and enamel erosion. I brush my teeth appropriately , no genetic dental issues. 32 years old male, slim athletic fit and exercise regularly with weight bearing exercises

Buying personal goods in layover before visiting Vietnam, customs and tax question

Planning to visit Vietnam in the fall this year but will have a 24 hour layover in Japan. Thinking of buying a luxury watch in Japan for about 2 to 3k. Do I have to pay any taxes arriving into Vietnam as a foreign tourist who is staying for 2 weeks? The flight back home from Vietnam, the layover is short in Japan so won't be able to go out to shop. Thanks in advance.

▲ 3 r/Taipei

Hi All - will be landing in Taoyuan airport on 5/10 and was wondering if i should exchange money at the airport or at a currency exchange in Taipei? Will be near Datong district.

Also - Does the taiwan government have any lotteries or financial incentives for foreign tourists? They used to have the $5K NTD lottery, but think that has been sunsetted since. Was wondering if the government have other tourist promotions. Thanks in advance !
