Service centre said 3 year warranty period has ended and they are asking 15000 rupess for replacement
Can anyone suggest what shall I do? Shall I go for aftermarket one?

I have purchased 2BHK flat in Pune with covered car parking
We had taken possession and its been 1 year now and due to family problem we didn’t visited the flat
Now when I checked car parking allotted to me is very compact compared to other car parking allotted to other owners of 2BHK
Other parking easily fits 1 car and 1 bike, for me I can’t even park my single car neatly and face difficulty while opening door after parked
