Who is Rodolfo?*

*I get the impression that he is one of the puzzle designers, but people always reference him in comments and never Ian, whose name is on every puzzle, so I’m just confused.

As someone who has played a fair amount of Scrabble but is still getting used to the slight differences of Crossplay, I have to ask: is any kind soul out there willing to explain their strategy around emptying the bag and therefore earning the “bonus” turn? I just haven’t been able to incorporate that factor into my gameplay yet, and I think it’s losing me a fair number of games.
