Trisha’s pronunciation
I’m literally cracking up listening to today’s episode and listening to Trisha pronounce “Degrassi” she’s saying it so annunciated and I can’t stop laughing! She does this all the time with other words but this one got me 😂😂😂

Okay I recently learned about SSRI sweats and holy shit. I’m from Texas and was a gymnast for over 10 years and used to practice 8 hours in TEXAS SUMMER & I would barely sweat. Like I even went to an endocrinologist as a child bc I had an issue with my sweat glands.
I started Prozac 3ish months ago for OCD (20 mg) & I live in the PNW (not really getting above 85 here) and I just did my first workout class since started and Jesus Christ I have never sweat so much before in my life like I was DRIPPING! I know that’s normal for a heated workout, but I used to drink like 5+ drinks, take an 8am class & did not break a sweat.
Anyways in a way this is probably good for me but wow I have never actually experienced sweating and it’s so wild and wet lol
Cake by the ocean (literally) for dinner after OCD diagnosis this morn. I actually went in for a general anxiety disorder intake but left with OCD diagnosis. Not really sure how to feel currently, I had suspicions but felt that I didn’t fit into what most of us think OCD means. I’m interested to learn more about OCD to maybe ease the way I feel, but i immediately came home thinking “do I really have this” “was I honest” & so on. A lot of it made sense during the session but just learning how to deal with what steps come next with medication and ECR therapy. Anywayssss hiiii fellow OCD girlies
As the title says - just got diagnosed this morning! I actually went in for a general anxiety disorder intake but left with OCD diagnosis. Not really sure how to feel currently, I had suspicions but felt that I didn’t fit into what most of us think OCD means. I’m excited to learn more about OCD to maybe ease the way I feel, but i immediately came home thinking “do I really have this” “was I honest” & so on. A lot of it made sense during the session but just learning how to deal with what steps come next. Just thought I’d share how I’m feeling after this morning.
