Newbie here. Can I send 4 separate sounds to 4 separate speakers with a Mackie 802VLZ4?

Basically I am trying to find a mixer or device that can take 4 different tracks and send them each to their own speaker. I have a berhinger umc404hd, which has the main outs and then the 3/4 out, so I am thinking I can pan/route 4 channels of audio out of my laptop to 4 inputs on this mixer, and then pan them accordingly to get each track to its own speaker.

Does this sound right? The whole alt mix 3/4 out thing is not very intuitive to me. Do you have a simpler suggestion? I'm all ears, I appreciate your time

Does the Launchkey 61 MK3 or MK4 have a hold function?

I am so close to pulling the trigger on one of these, but I can't find a good answer on whether or not it has a normal hold function. What I mean by this is a mode where whatever keys I press, it holds the keys indefinitely until new ones are pressed. This is different than latch mode, which would play through an arp, and retrigger the keys on loop. Does anyone know? Thank you for your time.

If someone came to you as a skeptic of evolution, what specific evidence or sources would you point them to as proof?

Specifically someone who denies that we all have a common ancestor, and that "kinds" cannot change or turn into other kinds, but does not deny variation within a kind. What would be the easiest way to demonstrate that this is likely the case?

To the FOTL believers, how do you explain the lack of physical evidence?

How could it possibly be the case that not a single piece of old clothing has ever been found with the cornucopia on it? There is one image of some south american knock off socks, and a crusty, unverifiable photo of a building with the "old" logo on it, but thats it? not a single redditor has found any old t shirts or anything?

I am not asking this rhetorically, I am genuinely curious what the possible explanations for this could be.

We need better education about how memory works

So often in this sub, I see people swearing by their own memory from childhood, or at least a long time ago, and getting indignant or defensive when people suggest that memory is faulty. I need people to understand something crucial to your survival in the modern world:

Memory is not a hard drive. It is an incredibly faulty and unreliable mechanism which you cannot possibly put all of your faith into. No one is attacking your specific memory, this is how it is for everyone. This has been demonstrated scientifically over and over and over again.

On top of that, your brain is designed to fill in gaps to make a cohesive and sensible narrative from the information you do actually take in. This results in a lot of half remembered, half fill-in-the-blanks moments especially from when you were a child.

You need to set your personal feelings about how strong your memory is aside, and come to terms with the fact that it is flawed, changes over time, and creates narratives to make the world make sense to you. This is how it works for everyone, and this is where I believe a majority of these Mandella Effect inconsistencies come from. Not all, but most.

I got this solid state Harvard Reverb II maybe a year ago and its been fine until recently. Now every time I turn it on and play/let it sit for a few minutes, the sound you hear in the video starts happening. It is 100% the amp, because it happens even with no input plugged in. Tried different outlets, tried contact cleaner on the pots and contacts in the back.

Any ideas before I have to take it in to get looked at? This has really baffled me and I appreciate your time.
