I have seen posts saying its fine to use in pool while others say their watches get broken after swims. Im a guy who swims once every week, if i wash the watch after swim and use the water ejection option will it be fine?

Abs hurt while running
Every time i do a speed interval or any hard session my upper right abs starts hurting/cramping very bad. I dont eat heavy before runs and doesnt do any abs workout the day before run. Whats my issue?
