Looking for interns - recruitment

I am building a small recruitment startup and looking for 1-2interns who are keen to learn recruitment, sourcing and how the hiring business actually works.

It’ll be performance/success-based, but we’ll start with a fixed initial payment as well. It will be 4 days WFO.

Good learning, hands-on work and a chance to grow with the startup. If interested, DM me with a little about yourself.

Preferable- someone living around hsr/ koramangla/ Bellandur. As we plan to take a co working space.

My (F30₹ partner (M32) hasn’t initiated sex for a long time.

Me (30F) and my partner (32M) been together for 2.5 years and in the beginning our sex life was amazing and he used to get aroused whenever I used to undress. We’ve been living together and I got so comfortable that I come out from shower naked and change in front of him.

It’s been close to 8-9 months and we’ve had sex for maybe 3-4 times. I did not complaint much about it in the beginning because our relationship was going great. But now it’s starting to affect my self esteem. I don’t feel sexy enough because there are neither any words of affirmations nor initiation for sex.

I wonder if men lose sexual interest in their partners after getting too comfortable? I have been feeling bad about myself and also asked him if we need to see other people for sexual needs and he was hurt.

I mean I feel sexually unsatisfied and it’s taking a toll on my confidence.

Will love alone solve issues in a marriage?

I genuinely need perspective from women who’ve been in long-term relationships/marriage because I’m feeling very confused and emotionally exhausted.

I’ve been with my boyfriend for a while and emotionally, I really do love him. He’s not a bad person, he’s caring in many ways, and I know he loves me too. But the issue is… financially and professionally, things have been stagnant for a long time.

For the past 2 years, it’s mostly been “I’ll do it”, “I’ll figure it out”, “I’ll work harder”, but there’s never been a concrete plan or consistency. He struggles with depression too, which makes this harder because I know mental health can genuinely affect motivation and direction. I’ve supported him emotionally as much as I possibly could.

Recently I had a breakdown because marriage conversations have started happening between families, and I suddenly felt terrified. I realised I don’t actually know what our future looks like financially. I come from a background where I’ve already seen struggle and instability, and I don’t think I have the emotional strength to carry another man financially/emotionally forever.

After our conversation, he finally started taking steps — updated his CV, started a course, etc. But even now, the action feels very slow compared to the seriousness of the situation. And I hate that it took me emotionally exploding for urgency to come in.

What’s making me spiral is this:
Am I expecting too much by wanting financial stability and ambition in a partner? Or am I ignoring very obvious signs because I love him?

Sometimes I see my friends married to financially stable men and they seem so relaxed and secure in life, while I feel like if I continue here, I’ll always be in “survival/struggle/build mode”.

I also feel guilty because I know he’s hurting and trying in his own way. But I’m exhausted. I don’t know if I’m being unfair or if my fears are actually valid.

Women who’ve been through something similar — especially in Indian relationships where emotions, marriage pressure, family expectations, finances, all get mixed together - how did you know whether love was enough or not?
