Classes start today but my canvas has no courses available and my registered courses have no assigned instructors? Is this normal?

Edit: I got emails from the department chair. The professors are in the hiring process. I didn’t know things at IIT would be this chaotic 😭

Local seller from my area saying that this is “Peter Jasper”. Tried to research this but nothing came up. Anyone ever heard of Peter Jasper before? 😅😅😅

My first mineral piece I owned was a tiger’s eye bracelet, gifted by my late father. Now I’ve owned 4-5 pieces of tiger’s eye. Most recently I bought this little piece at Mt Rainier Washington and I string wrapped it myself :)

Long story short, on 6/25/2026 I was sitting in my car parked in my parking spot at my apartment. A car was pulling into a parking spot next to mine and hit the back of my car. I came out and the driver already ran away. I took photos of the point of contact on his car and on my car, and his license plate. I compared the height of the 2 damage spots and they matched. Then I waited for him to come back and the guy came to get his car. I said “you bumped into my car” and he said “我不说英文” meaning “I don’t speak English”. I asked him to show me his driver’s license and insurance, he said “no” and shut the car door on me and drove away.
I called the non emergency police and provided them the information of the car, the make, the license plate number, the description, the ethnicity, height, and build, ect. They said an officer will call me back and they’re ghosting me still.
I contacted the property manager to ask for the security footage and provided them the WA collision report that I filed. They are ghosting me, too.
I contacted my insurance and provided them the same details. They were searching for the vehicle’s record based on the license plate I provided and told me that they couldn’t find an active insurance.
I looked up the license plate on public records website and found the VIN, the last registration renewal date was July 2024, the date it was impounded in 2025, but not the owner’s information. The car that hit me was most likely impounded then sold to someone unidentified and it makes sense that it would be uninsured.
I’m quite frustrated because the other driver was so rude to me and I can’t make him take accountability for hitting my car. Police and insurance and apartment manager are all ghosting me. What should I do?
