I’m making this post to ask advice about my (future) dating life. I’m a soon to be 18 yr old whose parents have a dating preference. For some weird reason I don’t understand they don’t want me to date a person of Arabic/North African descent or someone who is Islamic. I genuinely have no idea why they want this as we all are very pro lgbtq pro poc and overall a woke and left household (we’re also poc ourselves). I’m seriously worried about how this will affect my dating life in the future as this is already starting to cause issues for me. I met my first boyfriend at 15 who was Syrian (not Islamic tho) when I brought it up to my parents they got extremely angry (especially my dad) and upset at me and have had multiple fights. This also caused the ending of my relationship with that boy. I know they don’t have a problem with me dating in general (at least my mom? Not sure ab my dad) since my mom has indicated before she’s fine with me having a boyfriend? The problem is I tend to fall for guys of Arabic/North African descent and I’m really worried about how this will affect my future as I am truly afraid of ever telling them I have a boyfriend first of all and second of all afraid to tell them he might be of Arab/North African descent. I’ve thought about going no contact if I ever find “the one” but I do care about my family outside of this so I’d love some insight and advice and I’ll answer any questions.

I am both a seller and buyer on Vinted and I've been increasingly frustrated with sellers on here. im on EU Vinted and I've been trying to find a Hollister top (the half sleeve green striped one) for two months now since it sold out. I check Vinted and the Hollister app daily and finally I found one on Vinted, I bought it for the asked price then the seller sends me a message saying hey thank you for buying ill send it asap. like two hours later she cancels my order saying someone else offered her more money so she's cancelling my order. I understand supply and demand but I had already bought the item for what SHE asked so this felt extremely rude and dissapointing and on top of that, I, for some reason couldn't leave a review and Vinted did NOT leave an automatic one either. then I found someone else who posted the top and I instantly bought THE SELLER CANCELS AGAIN!! and says she only wants payment through PayPal friends and family when that's not even allowed. I have now found the top for the third time this time for twice of the retail price. bought it again and the seller CANCELS AGAIN!!!!!!!!! she said she would like me to choose DHL or hermes (never seen that before) but both of those were not listed as option for her as she probably didn't turn them on. I check later and the shipping costs have went up from 4 euro something to 15 euro something which means now she HAS turned it on (this was like 5 minutes later) and then she had already reserved the item for someone else. I am just soooo extremely disappointed and honestly so frustrated with these sellers like this is my third cancellation and the top is extremely hard to come by

does anybody know if Hollister EU will restock the half sleeve green striped top? I dm'd them and they said they restock based on popularity but I've been checking the app and site almost every day and its not coming back
