I came to Osaka for a shopping trip from Okinawa, where I’m from and picked up a heavily discounted Teal Alpinist, from Yodobashi Camera in Umeda. I bought a Grand Seiko and got a lot of Yodobashi points, additional I had already, that I used towards my Alpinist. It was about ¥23,000 or about $144 USD, after the points used. Can’t beat a great deal. I’m a resident of Japan, so tax free shopping doesn’t apply for me here.

This is my second Alpinist, I have the SBEJ005. I really like both very much. The dials on both are gorgeous, that’s for sure!

On my shopping trip to Osaka I picked up my first Grand Seiko at Yodobashi camera Umeda, SBGE255. I’ve been debating about that or the SBGM221. The color and bracelet is what did it for me. Just love how the light reflects off the dial.

Added bonus as a Yodobashi points program member, I got 89,100 in points (1 point = ¥1) and ended up getting a second watch (Seiko Teal Alpinist) almost for free. I’m a resident of Japan, so tax free shopping doesn’t apply for me unfortunately. I had a wonderful shopping experience at Yodobashi camera, and came in a second time for an another bracelet adjustment. No issues doing that as well, great staff.

I really love how light reflects off of the dial, and it’s a GMT. It’s very comfortable to wear and looks great! I got it online from Yodobashi Camera, like most of my watches. I really like the 10% point return on every purchase. I use the points toward the next watch.

I received my first Orient Star Layered Skeleton [RK-AV0B08L] today, and I really like it a lot. I mostly have Seiko watches but this really surprised me when it arrived. I ordered it online from Yodobashi Camera, like most of my watches have come from. I’m definitely not disappointed. 😊

I love their Yuzu Ramen with gyoza, and side of karaage. It’s a local place that tourist’s haven’t found yet, and I’m happy about that. 😆 Price wise, maybe all for about ¥2000 or $12.55USD.
