DIY Alexander technique? .......
I'm 50 and regret never studying it. By the end of the weekend my back is killing me. It's AT the sort of thing you can learn from a book or does it require face to face type training?

Bella - loose dog in Suntree, was she found?
Long shot I know. Loose dog in Suntree by Wickham and Forest Lake Av around 745 this morning. I wished I could help the owner but had to get to work.
Anyone know if he was able to find her? She had a serious case of the zoomies.
