Long, Narrow Living Room

I’m redesigning my living room and would love some fresh eyes on the layout. I uploaded:

A photo of my current living room
A rough designer floor plan/sketch
An AI rendering of one possible concept

My goal is a warm, sophisticated Four Seasons hotel lobby feel—luxurious but understated. I love taupe and soft, layered neutrals. The room is long and narrow with high ceilings, so I’m struggling to find the best furniture arrangement.

I’d love any layout ideas or design suggestions. I’m willing to spend $$$$ on a good rug. The room is way too sterile and bright white. Thanks!

Looking for living room layout ideas (going for a Four Seasons hotel lobby vibe)

I’m redecorating my living room and could really use some outside opinions on the furniture layout.
The style I’m after is a luxury Four Seasons hotel lobby—comfortable, elegant, cozy, and high-end. That’s the vibe I love, and I’d like to get as close to it as I can.
I’m not making any structural changes, so I’m only looking for decorating ideas and furniture placement.
I’m also open to replacing pretty much everything in the room except the coffee table. I know it’s oversized, but it’s staying, so I’d love ideas that work around it.
AI disclosure: the second-to-last photo is AI-generated and is just there to show the style I’m aiming for. The rest are photos of my actual living room.
I’d love to hear how you’d lay out the room and what furniture, lighting, rugs, art, or accessories you’d use to pull the whole look together. Thanks!

At what point do a cast member’s lies become a Bravo problem rather than just good TV?

Liars make good content.

Bravo shows are full of people telling their version of events. Sometimes it is exaggerating, leaving things out, spinning a story in their favor, or just full on lying.

But honestly, that’s part of what makes these shows work. Watching liars lie is fascinating!

There seems to be an obvs difference between lying about your own dating life and lying about what happened in an argument … versus making false accusations about another cast member, lying to production, or creating real-world consequences for someone else.

People are always saying Bravo should fire someone for lying BUT if lying alone were the standard, there wouldn’t be much of a cast left on any of these shows.

So what actually gets someone into trouble with the network? Is it when the lies become harmful to someone else? When they create legal issues (yes)? When they make filming impossible (probably)? Something else?

With all the discussion lately, it got me wondering if Bravo even cares whether someone is lying as long as it makes good TV, or if there is a point where a cast member becomes more of a liability than an asset.

Like for Amanda and West is production loving all this extra work or are they like I don’t want to work with two people who l can’t trust?

Curious what examples people can think of where Bravo decided enough was enough.
