Control Box

Ok, so tried to save some pocket change. Grabbed a un programmed unit. An Arcade Stick F300… Finally got the very simple programming figured out. Took a minute, my gaming days are long gone.
It is set up for Gspro… but Gspro is ignoring it. Set up as a keyboard alternative. Any ideas before I just buy a dedicated Gspro unit?

Golf Sim Blues...

Hitting more than anytime in my life. Not hitting it well, but still getting the work in. I am struggling. Bit of history, was fitted with a new set for my 65th BD (3yrs ago). While waiting for delivery I tried to fundamentally change my swing (research, lots of research gave me confidence to make this change) While waiting I utilized my Quest 2 VR and the program Golf + to muscle memory the swing. Initial results were good, much better ball striking. Not long but good quality shots that were generally straight. Fast forward to present, after not playing much the last few years I grabbed a LM...How cool is this? Started hitting 50 full shots 3-4 days a week. Swing speeds were low, seemed really low. Working on getting the speed up just a bit. Started in the low 60s with a mid iron. Worked up to the mid seventies. Then Bam, swing is in shambles. Shanking it over and over. Just yesterday I got back into the Golf Plus swing analyzer. First off ....pros and cons of golf +...I get it, it's not real golf. It measures my swing speed high, but having used this before it (I believe) tracks swing path and face angles fairly well. In the analyzer launch angle is decent, face is square at impact and swing path is a nice smooth in to out arc. I am thinking I'm doing one of two things maybe both together. At Comfortable ball address I may be too close to the ball causing the shank off the hosel. Secondly I feel I am striking the ball above its equator, skulling it. Love the Launch Monitor and especially Gspro....Just looking forward to enjoying a course other than surviving it.

My TJ has DW

Had it ever since I went to 35's (12 yrs ago) It was in storage for several of those years, I've driven it very little, or even at all for months at a time. Wife hates it sitting out in front when I have it out in the summer. Needed the parking so I took it to our shop. Been there several weeks. Back to the DW, third bout of it. First two was a trackbar issue. So....not sure why, tonight I just bent over, reached to the axle end of the track bar....spun the bolt with my fingers.....geez I really am getting to old for this sh...stuff. Guess a wrench is in order.....I'll get one of young mechanics to wrench on it.....Old Guys Rock!

3rd row ceiling seatbelt?
How does it fold, clip or rest in its holder. Great nephew had to try out every seat. Now the seat belt clasp is hanging down. In the rear view mirror I thought it was a reflection

Just went through 2 sessions of the S word

No idea where they came from, out of the blue. BAM. CLANK. CLANK CLANK. over and over. 1st session of 30 shots before bed. Mid day 22 shots. Maybe 3 good shots in the 50 +. It was so bad I bowed out of a Mon afternoon tee time. With much effort later in the day I made myself stand up to my fears. I hit more balls, within 10 shots i had hit 3 in a row pretty decent strikes. Whew! Crisis averted, went on to a decent session. Didn’t swing on Tues. Maybe later today

Inground Vacuum head?

Why doesn’t inground vacuum heads have brush bristles like its above ground counterpart? Inground vacuuming is tedious, passing over and over the same area.

External HDD for Gspro courses

Could I get a few recommendations on external drives to download courses to?

Need to be more selective than my Youtube Flyover folder....Thinking I have well over a hundred bookmarked. Bit nostalgic here...most of my buds have passed. Most in their early 50s. So looking forward to replaying some of our Golf trip courses...Pardon me for the excursion into my past. Between Gspro and my Quest 3, I can share some of the special outings with friends and family. LOVE THIS TECH

Skytrak Gspro Bridge

I’m pulling my hair out. I’ve been limping around on gspro lowest setting for a few months. Bit the bullet, grabbed a modern gaming pc. Should be adequate for at least the near future. I’m having a horrible time getting my Skytrak +, the 3rd party link up and Gspro. Main issue is that my monitor is mounted high on the wall. Hard to see ( im older than dirt) I guess I’ve downloaded old version of opensky. Looks totally different than my old pc. Is it possible for someone to post a link for the correct version on this thread. Or a link directing me. Generally I get through this stuff much better than this. Thanks
