Hey, I have applied for a fresh passport at jaunpur, how is the service here and what all documents I need to present.

I have recently graduated and have an interesting dilemma.

I have an offer from an early-stage startup that pays around $50k/year after a short probation period, and it's fully remote. The work is exactly what I want to do (AI/video generation), but it's a young company, so I'm worried about job security, runway, and whether I'd be risking my early career if things don't work out.

My other option is a more established company in Bangalore offering around 15-18 LPA, with significantly lower pay compared to the startup but likely much better stability.

If you were early in your career, what would you optimise for?

• Learning and high upside at a startup?
• Stability and brand value?
• What questions would you ask before accepting a startup offer?
• Any red flags or green flags you've learned from experience?

I'd especially love to hear from people who've worked at startups that either succeeded or shut down.
