looking for "slide rules" or what similar devices would be called that use non-linear or multi-variate relationships

I'm sure this is off topic, but the closest I can think of is a slide rule and I'm sure some of you have adjacent interests in the world of flat mechanical computing devices or mechanisms.

like a linear or circular slide rule where at least 3 portions move and moving one moves another at a different rate. I'm thinking a simple 2d device, maybe with a gear, maybe a non-circular gear, maybe a couple of internal gears... but much simpler than something like a watch...

Are any of you aware of such a device? any slide rules seemingly fit this description?

( and not to be obtuse, I've dreamt of having something similar be part of a custom board game to do something like supply and demand based price generation or whatever... inspired also by the game Tzolkʼin: The Mayan Calendar )

Couldn't use a gift card tonight and ended up having to pay cash... how do I reach support?

The support website is a shit multiple-choice not-even-LLM chat "bot"... There's no option to use the gift card on web checkout (tested on multiple browsers), they couldn't scan it or manually enter it in-store... but it's still verified balance from the issuer, subway.cashstar.com (who I've had several functional cards from for various businesses)

Am unemployed and trying to use gift cards as a cost savings, but just kinda got screwed on this one.

suspected employment scam from iPivot.io?

first red flag was the recruiter emailed me a poorly html formatted "job req" from their personal company email that was hard to make sense of and didn't have an apply link or ANY links... which seems weird even for a scam.

then how generic, positive, and similar their glassdoor reviews are, with glowing reviews of upper management... which reeks of bot reviews or narcissistic managers boosting themselves.

The former company of the emailer also has lots of suspicious glassdoor comments

also, SOMEHOW, there's no ICANN listing for their domain "No registry RDAP server was identified for this domain.", and some other lookup sites list other sites at the same IP ( not strictly damning, but one would think you could afford your own IP if you're not shady )... and registrant info is restricted, which doesn't seem on the up and up for a big company...

Then they contacted me on linkedin under a different name from that in the personal email address they emailed from and re-sent me the same misformatted listing.

there's also no mention of them specifically on reddit or google with their domain in quotes, which stood out...

only their "satellite" NJ office seems to exist and has an "iPivot" sign out front, which is the only thing that makes me think they actually exist at all...

The current resident of the office suite number of their alleged corporate headquarters is a real estate lawyer who says he's never heard of them

Their alleged Chicago office and suite is listed as the address of two other businesses (which is fine, leases change, but multiple unstable addresses?), a nonprofit and another lawyer (who I've contacted as well to see if they've heard if iPivot)

mostly out of curiosity... any extra sleuthing to know if they're legit ( if a bit of a ramshackle operation ), or an actual scam?
