[NJ] I work as an auto salesman. My father passed away and I have been out of work for a little over a week. I brought a doctors note that stated that I was under extreme stress and needed time off . I specified I would come back on a specific date, but I was unable to because I wasn’t ready. I am being offered to take a leave of absence or to be terminated with the promise that I’d be taken back.i don’t like the termination path but id love to hear your input. Thank you.

I have inadvertently discovered pay plan details that I wish I knew from the start. This did not bother me at first because I was desperate for a job. Its been months and this is eating at me. Seems like a huge red flag for me. I feel like I need to find a different dealership, but I have been selling more than I ever have and making good $.

What would you do?

A question for F&I guys/gals. Can a dealership send a customer the final contract for e-signatures or are there limitations based on lender, delay policies, laws, etc. I’ve asked my dealership management and can’t get a straight answer. Please advise.
