Hi all, I work for a not for profit dental clinic and our server (our VERY old server) is on its last legs and we've been told we need to purchase a new one. We've been given three quotes, but I've got no idea how to compare the three based on our needs. We run backups daily (about 250GB of X-ray imaging, notes, etc.) and are looking for something that will last, and something that is suited to our needs and budget. we got three quotes, but I am ignorant of their specs and need help knowing if what was suggested will met our needs, will over perform, or will under perform. My parents' 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport Limited just had its engine die. It had 145,000km on it. They bought the vehicle new. They know that we are looking for a vehicle and wondered if we wanted to pay the cost for a new engine and take the vehicle over. Cost would be $8000, but that's half the cost of what these sell for used in my area. I'm not a car person, but half price is half price. Should I go for it? What should else should I be thinking of with respect to the vehicle? Does engine replacement mean new transmission? Help!
