Endless waiting
Hi. So the deadlines are extended, which simply means we've to wait again.

Hi. So the deadlines are extended, which simply means we've to wait again.
Has anyone from the MA English one-year had their documents verified yet? Today is 15th, tomorrow is Sunday, and the 17th is the last date for departmental verification. Just wanted to know if anyone has received an update.
While we're waiting for the DU one-year Master's seat allocation, I have a quick question for those who've completed the fourth year. Has anyone successfully taken the exit on the SLC portal? Mine still shows me as a third-year student, and there's a red message saying "Application has been revoked." I've tried contacting my college, but there's no response, and visiting isn't feasible due to the rain. If you've already completed this process, could you please guide me? I'm worried this might affect my Master's admission documents.
DU gave seat allocations for M.Sc. and language courses (French, Spanish, Italian, etc.) a few days ago. But what about the humanities programmes? It's honestly getting quite frustrating and anxiety-inducing. We've already been waiting for so long, and now it feels like there's another delay with no clear update. Any insider updates on when the Master's seat allocation for humanities, langs and commerce is expected? At this point, we're refreshing the portal more than our social media feeds. 😭
Hello all! So, here's the lore, seats have only been allocated to above mentioned courses. Therefore, rest of us should take a breath, wait and watch.
Hi! Idk what's up with these people. We cannot even voice out our opinion. Still people are playing victim, defending what's wrong. Till when!?
Hello there! I'm very much keen on joining the protest tomorrow but my friends ain't joining. Are there other folks joining from Gzb maybe, we all can go together in a group for better. Just comment or dm?
I am a 22-year-old male looking for work. I'm open to working at a café, coffee shop, bakery, or even a small food startup. I come from a humble background and am in genuine need of a job at the moment. I'm hardworking, eager to learn, and willing to take on responsibilities. If you know of any openings or have any leads, I would be deeply grateful if you could let me know or share this post with someone who might be hiring. Thnks!

Hello all! am writing this with a heavy heart, but also with hope. I am 22 years old and have recently graduated with a four-year undergraduate degree in English Literature (Honours) from Delhi University. I come from a very humble background, and both my parents work incredibly hard with a modest income. While we have always managed with what we have, I deeply wish to support them in whatever little way I can. At the same time, I come from a strong academic background and aspire to pursue my Master’s degree, something my parents have always wholeheartedly supported. I wish to continue studying and building an academic future, but during this 1–2 month period before the next phase of my education begins, I genuinely want to work, learn, and contribute financially to my family. I am especially looking for opportunities in schools, educational institutes, coaching centres, NGOs, or start-ups, though I am open to any meaningful work. While I may not have extensive corporate or technical experience, I can assure sincerity, dedication, and a willingness to learn quickly.
I am based in Delhi NCR and would be immensely grateful if any teachers, school owners, educational institutions, organisations, start-ups, or anyone with leads could guide me or help me find an opportunity. Also, I am a queer person, and if any fellow queer individuals or queer-friendly spaces know of opportunities, your support would mean a great deal to me. I truly do not want to spend these months sitting at home when I could be learning, working, and helping my parents in some small way. Any advice, leads, or suggestions would mean more than I can express. Thanks! ❤️

Hi everyone, I’m a fourth-year student finishing my dissertation, and I’m stuck on MLA formatting (citations, works cited, etc.). If anyone experienced with MLA could help, please comment or DM. Thanks!
