HAZEBAR Moalboal incompetent staff

We spent the evening here enjoying pizza and cocktails — genuinely no complaints about the food or service while we were seated.

The issue came after: I left my hat behind and returned within minutes of closing. Instead of a quick check, the staff spent the time pointing fingers at one another, and the waiter who eventually ‘handled’ it simply assured me it ‘definitely wasn’t there’ and walked off

No offer to check the CCTV, no contact info taken, nothing. For a venue that surely has cameras covering the dining area, this would’ve taken five minutes to resolve.

Instead I left without a ₱3,000 item and the distinct impression that once the bill is settled, customer concerns stop mattering. A real shame, because the food and drinks didn’t deserve to be undercut by service like this.

I sent this message over to their messenger and they just haha reacted it.

TL;DR: ERP managed services firm hiring commission-only appointment setters. Your job: book qualified discovery calls. We close. 2% of gross collected revenue per booked call that turns into a paying client. Average deal: $96K to $260K. Per booked-and-closed deal: $1,900 to $5,200. Remote, US or Philippines.

Who we are

We're an Iloilo Based Team operating in the US. We help finance teams either get more out of their existing NetSuite or migrate to modern alternatives (Rillet, Campfire). Average client deal size is $96K to $260K annually. We have signed clients, case studies, active partnerships, and a closer who can actually close. What we need is more qualified calls on the calendar.

What you'll do

  • Run outbound on LinkedIn and email to finance leaders (CFO, Controller, VP Finance, Director of Accounting) at mid-market companies
  • Use our scripts, our ICP, our Apollo lists (5,000+ leads ready to go) and our Pipedrive
  • Book 15-minute discovery calls with qualified prospects
  • Hand off the call. Our BD lead takes it from there
  • Hit weekly activity targets (volume + booked calls)

That's the whole job. You don't pitch. You don't close. You don't handle objections. You get the right person on the calendar.

What "qualified" means

A booked call only counts toward commission if the prospect:

  • Is a finance decision-maker (CFO, Controller, VP Finance, Director of Accounting, or finance-adjacent C-suite)
  • Works at a company currently running NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero, Sage Intacct, or evaluating an ERP move
  • Shows up to the call

We'll define this more clearly in onboarding. The bar is "qualified," not "warm-bodied."

What you get

  • 2% of gross collected revenue from any deal that closes off a call you booked
  • Paid monthly after client payment clears
  • Per closed deal at our average pricing: $1,900 (Starter at $96K) to $5,200 (Unlimited at $260K)
  • Realistic year one with 8 to 12 closed deals: $20K to $50K
  • No cap. We benefit when you book more, you benefit when we close more
  • Tools, scripts, leads, and Pipedrive provided

Who fits

  • 1+ year of outbound experience (SDR, BDR, appointment setter, cold email, LinkedIn DMs)
  • Can write a personalized message that doesn't read like ChatGPT default settings
  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach (20 to 30 LinkedIn connects/day, 50+ emails/day)
  • Self-managed, hits activity targets without hand-holding
  • Bonus: prior experience selling into finance, ops, or accounting buyers

Who doesn't fit

  • Anyone needing a base salary (this is commission-only)
  • Anyone who wants to pitch instead of book
  • Agencies, "lead gen services," or anyone selling us a service instead of applying

How to apply

DM me with:

  1. Brief background (3 to 4 sentences)
  2. One outbound message you've sent that got a reply (paste it)
  3. Your realistic weekly capacity: how many connects, emails, and calls can you actually do?

I'll respond within 48 hours either way.
