We are heading to Queenstown in winter and I need to go and buy some warmer pants. I have a pair of jeans already but can anyone reccomend some warmer pants that are preferably wide leg? Comfortable and stretchy too would be amazing. I was thinking tracksuit pants but is that daggy?

Im 10 weeks pp and dying my neck is soo still and sore. Specifically right at the top where it meets my skull. I think it’s from looking down at my baby while cuddling and breastfeeding and also from having to lean forward while pumping which I do (3x a day) and looking at my phone at the same time.
I saw an osteopath the other day and it sort of helped. What else should I be doing? Remedial massage? A different osteo? Any advice is greatly appreciated!
