Advice needed: Finding actual 5G or 5G+ in my area

I live in a town (~15k pop.) in Ontario between London and Woodstock and I'm currently with Public Mobile. My phone says it is getting 5G service, but last night when my power went out due to a storm I was going between LTE and 5G (which I didn't believe because it was slow slow slow).

I'm guessing that this is because I'm on a 'flanker' brand and not with the Big 3. I've been looking at coverage maps for providers and flankers and they state that they offer 5G in my area, but I don't fully trust this.

Is there a way to really tell without subscribing and having to keep switching around?

Thanks for any advice.

Why is it so hard to find HBO & HBO Max titles now?

Previously there was a simple easy button for HBO and HBO Max in the app and then they got rid of it somewhat recently. It buries the content and it’s super annoying. HBO was my number one reason to get Crave.

Costco dryer install question

I’m considering buying an LG dryer from Costco online, but had questions about the install of the venting. Do the installers use new venting or will they connect the new venting to the prior?

My existing venting goes across my laundry room to vent outside by a window. I‘m not sure if the Costco installers will vent it to the wall vent, or if they will connect to my current duct.

Thanks for any advice.
