Beginner looking for some tips

Hello!! I recently got a pole and I’ve had it for about a week now. I can only hang and spin on it using my legs and arms for about 15 seconds and a front and back hook for like 2 seconds lol. I can hold a pole sit for a little bit but end up sliding down. I also have been trying to climb, I am able to step up but I can’t go another step up. I am plus size, I am 250 and 5’9 and I’ve been on a calorie deficit before pole because I’m trying to lose weight, but haven’t actually began trying to build muscle and adding cardio. So, I thought adding some pole for exercise will help. I realize I need to condition myself and build strength. I was wondering if anybody had some beginner conditioning exercises I can do? On pole and at home. Anything helps ☺️☺️ Thanks!

How to not be hardstuck

I have been playing val for 4 years on and off and I was stuck in silver for like 3 years. I finally got out and got into gold and pretty soon plat. Now that I’m plat I feel the same way as I was in silver. I feel stuck like I can’t improve. How do I find ways to improve? Is it my aim? Gamesense? Comms? What can I do to get better? So many of my past duos have gone up to diamond and ascendant, I just don’t know what went wrong with me.
