What small US city is ridiculously easy to explore on foot?
I feel like walkable cities always get associated with the major tourist destinations, but there have to be plenty of smaller places where you can see most of the good stuff without needing a car.
For those who have visited smaller US cities with populations under 100k, which one stood out as the easiest and most enjoyable to explore on foot? Bonus points if it has a great downtown, interesting neighborhoods, and plenty to do within walking distance
