• Exterior: Crocodile-embossed chèvre (goatskin) leather with subtle metallic/distressed contrast highlights.
• Lining: Soft microsuede interior to keep the phone screen and chassis scratch-free.
• Closure: Concealed magnetic snap for secure retention and a clean, quiet open/close.
• Attachment: Reinforced wide leather belt loop integrated into the back panel for a snug, secure fit on standard belts.
• Design Features: Open top/side profile contoured around the phone for seamless retrieval without excess bulk.

Interior: Gold Saffiano leather (fully lined throughout)
Closure: Navy elastic strap for a secure, low-profile hold
Capacity: 6 dedicated card slots, 2 hidden pockets behind the banks, and a full-length cash compartment

I needed to keep the profile ultra-compact without sacrificing capacity.

Stitched entirely by hand and Edge work was done with Fenice edge treatment.

Just completed this custom women's long wallet.

I got this one off, hand painted python skin sometime ago and it was laying around waiting to be cut into. Decided to make a women's long wallet with a snap-strap closure. For the interior, I chose full-grain smooth Italian cowhide. The wallet has five dedicated card slots, 4 full-length bill / receipt / document pockets, and a fully lined YKK zipper compartment for coins and small items. All edges are hand-finished with Fenice edge treatment.

Some technical details for the crafters or whoever is interested:

Python skin is extra thin and supple and I needed to reinforce it with something to make it stiffer. Decided to glue a sheet of velodon onto the back side of the leather to give it that much needed structure.

The interior leather is 0.8MM. I skived edges of all interior parts to keep wallet's edges as thin as possible.

For the edge treatment I chose Fenice and mixed taupe color to match the interior color.

Used bonded nylon thread for its strength and abrasion resistance. It's flexible, has more elasticity than linen, so it should give the wallet a sturdy construction to support leather's lifespan.

The gusset installation was the trickiest part of the build due to alignment, while holding under tension and awkward stitching angle, but I nailed it in the first attempt, surprisingly. I usually fail every first attempt and have to re-do stuff.

Finished this wallet in Belfagor leather with fine perimeter creasing and burnished edges for a clean, low-profile carry.

Belfagor has such a unique surface texture - the directional brushed coating gives it almost a rustic, distressed timber grain look straight off the bench.

Frosted slate-like appearance will age into a deep, glossy patina as the oils burnish with daily wear. I took no shortcuts with this build. Fully hand-cut, skived, lock-stitched, and edge-finished.

Finished up a custom bifold in cognac/tan ostrich leg leather.

Build Details:

• Exterior**:** Genuine ostrich leg leather (cognac/saddle tan)
• Interior**:** Chèvre in Golden Brown
• Stitching**:** Hand-stitched with 0.45mm MeiSi SuperFine linen thread at 3.85mm
• Edges**:** Creased, sanded, and hand-painted with Fenice edge treatment

The central scale pattern on ostrich leg always aligns really nicely for a bifold exterior. Happy to answer any questions about working with this skin or the build process!

I acquired this one of the most expensive and beautiful leathers named Volynka a.k.a. Russian Hatch a.k.a. Metta Catharina and decided to make a horizontal bifold wallet with it.

While I realize that there is a lot of hype and marketing around this particular article, the leather itself is truly beautiful. I can see this wallet aging like a champ with beautiful patina, which will show up after only a few months of use.

The leather has an interesting and distinctive smell to it, so I made sure to use water based adhesive to avoid ruining the original aroma.

The fiber is dense which should allow the wallet to keep its structure for years to come. Complicating the build with saddle stitching to ensure longevity and strong construction.

I was lucky to acquire a giant skin in “outlaw” finish. It was grade 4, but I managed to make 6 wallets, 10 watch straps from it and still have little bit left to make a wallet and a few more straps.
