Acceptable Form?

I've changed my deadlift form a bit. I used to grip and rip, and in return it felt really loose. I also used to pump my hips/legs between every rep, now I try to stay consistent between each rep. I do notice that my hips rise before starting my set. Any critiques?

Bench Form Check?

Bench is something I've mever truly form checked. I've been playing around with foot placement, is this acceptable foot placement- or should my heels be planted?

So, I'm readjusting my form a bit. I'm trying to cue in my head to leg press off the floor instead of just thinking of pulling the weight up. Humbly lowering the weight just to work a bit more on form. Thoughts?

I was told these are weightlifting quality squats... what do y'all think??? Recently got squat shoes and boy have they helped me in literally just one session. (I think I had one more rep in me at least)
