In a world of AI, what are you still using software for?

Now that AI is able to help many of us write our own code for our businesses, what are you still using software for, for you Amazon business?

Do you still use it for performance analytics?

Do you still use it for ppc optimisation?

Do you still use it for inventory management?

Do you still use it for product research?

Have you done away with software entirely and are going fully AI or do you still like the lower effort of being able to use ready built software rather than having to do everything yourself?

What do you think you’ll change over the coming years?

Amazon is changing title requirements from 27 July 2026

Amazon is changing title requirements from 27 July 2026.

Most product titles will need to be 75 characters or less, including spaces, and Amazon is adding a new Item Highlights field.

My main takeaway: don’t just shorten your title and delete everything that no longer fits.

If you remove important keywords from the title, they still need to be worked naturally into the rest of the listing, especially bullets and description. Item Highlights should be used for actual shopper-facing info like use cases, features, materials, quantities and selling points. It shouldn’t just become a second title full of keywords.

Suggested approach:

  • Pick one strong, directly relevant title keyword
  • Rewrite the title so it is clear and under 75 characters
  • List the keywords/details you removed
  • Add important terms naturally into bullets and description
  • Use Item Highlights for features/use cases/selling points
  • Check backend search terms for anything relevant not used elsewhere

What PPC tool would you find helpful?

Question to anyone in the group, what PPC tool setup would find most helpful?

Would you prefer a solution that does it for you where you set a target acos and daily budget?

Or would you prefer more control, if so, what controls?

Asking to improve our PPC tool we currently have
