this is more of a rant than anything else but gosh!!! i keep having delayed package after delayed package due to “unexpected issues”. it’s been almost a week since i’ve already been charged for these, they haven’t even shipped, and they won’t let me cancel!! i’ve spoken to several reps including a manager and no one can tell me what’s happening with them or give me any solutions. one of them told me to just reorder and they would refund me once it was delivered and i said no! i am not confident it would be delivered within a reasonable time. i feel like shipping delays and poor customer service is just getting more and more common. this is so frustrating!

every so often, i wake up with one swollen lower eye lid (it’s usually the same eye). no pain, tenderness, twitching, or fluids. does anyone know what this could be from?
