New 1Gig service - Very slow download speeds, over 1 Gig upload speed

After some excruciating loading times for webpages, I logged into the HB810 gateway device to look at settings. I'm seeing a yellow symbol for all of my wired and wireless devices - meaning every connection is 'moderate.' Even the Internet symbol at the top of the Newtwork Map has a yellow checkmark.

After a speed test from within the Admin page, i get 55.76 Mbps Down and 1023.32 Mbps Up. With upload speeds that fast, the connection and settings seem like they're fine. What am I missing?

Unpopular opinion: I switched my Denon back to 4 ohms despite all the posts

EDIT: the dialogue is appreciated! For future readers, it sounds like I have a few options:
1- Get a fan
2- Get an amp (I’m liking the V3 Mono Fosi Audio)
3- Run it in 4 ohms and risk not getting the full experience from my speakers
4- Stop being a p*ssy and run it in 8 ohms.

I’ve seen the audioholics video and most of the other videos and posts here about leaving the AVR in 8 ohms. However, after adding a Kef R6 Meta for a C speaker, I did what the Denon user manual said and changed the setting to 4 ohms (Denon x3800h, 4 Kef Q350s).

After lots of deliberation, I caved at the advice to switch back to 8 ohms. I immediately noticed a difference in increased temps. Never a temperature shut down, but much hotter than I’ve ever been comfortable with. I’ve never heard any difference in sound between the two (the peak volume I typically listen to is around -22 to -20).

All things equal, I would like to avoid burning out an AVR or buying a separate amp. And if hot temps are well known to be an electronics killer, I’d assume my best option in is this case is to leave it on 4 ohms.

Every article says I’m wrong, other than the manufacturer. Personally I’m not comfortable with how hot the AVR gets when set to 8 ohms. What am I missing?

Is side of house for gable attic fan really that important?

I'm in the NW US and have a typical attic space with one long ridge (~50ft) and two gable ends. Most advice that I see on threads says that the fan should be placed on the side of the house that gets hottest (West side for me) so that the fan doesn't pull the hot air through the attic.

When I'm up in the attic, the temperature seems anecdotally uniform. I have an outlet accessible on the east side of the house making the install of the fan on that super easy. I haven't got thermometers to test the temperature gradient between the two sides, but has anyone tested/measured how inefficient it would be to place the fan on the side of the house facing the sun rise rather than the sunset?

Subwoofer Placement creating a null?

As you can see from the REW graph, I am getting some large dips in the measurements above 50Hz. The testing was all done with the free Audyssey mic and processed using OCA's A1 Evo Accoustix. I'm super new to REW but am thinking of getting the UMIK so I can (hopefully) track down what might be happening.

Just a guess at this point but could the sub placement so close to a wall be creating problems? Or the back wall, which is ~12.5'? Neither have wall treatments. Moving the sub to the left makes the walkway a little tight but if there are no options I could give it a trial period. I included a picture of the room layout that shows the fireplace and the doorway blocking the option to put the system on the left-most wall.

Are those nulls fairly typical in orientations like this? Should I look into getting a different console so I can put the sub further from the side wall?

Also, in case people are wondering, blackout blinds are on their way.
