So yeah "apparently" he ordered it by mistake via credit card and now idk what to do

It was delivered today and my father received it think of something else(ordered a phone for my mother and it was the same amount) after opening the box he realized its something else and asked the delivery which he said that u can just return it dont worry ( my father was at work so didn't argue and took it as he thought it can be returned
but at night i checked and there was no return option on the app and the customer care guy told that the credit card thing will be straight up declined cuz pin was used otp was given and all
pls tell me any way i can return it and get my money back😭😭🙏
tldr: ordered an tab by mistake and want to return it but amazon ain't helping🥀
