Hi, everyone. BABR student ako from PUP. 1st year ko nung 2021 and online pa non. Then 2022, nag f2f na and I was diagnosed with mental health problems while studying. Mostly because I had no friends sa school kasi wala talaga akong ka-vibes sa kanila tapos soafer toxic din nila. Anyway, dahil don, I struggled going to school na di na ako pumapasok and not doing any school works. Though na-push ko naman hanggang 3rd year 2nd sem, may mga subjects na akong di napasa kasi my mental health was deteriorating. That’s when I decided na di na pumasok for 4th year and went home sa province para magpagaling. I didn’t apply for anything—
sadyang di na lang ako pumasok. That was August of 2024. Fast forward, ngayon I have been regretting that decision a lot. Actually my mental health got worse especially since yung batch mates ko graduate na lol. Planning sana to apply for re-admission. Pede pa kaya? Matatake ko pa ba yung course ko or continue where I left off? Ano ang process and how if pede pa. Thank you so much everyone! Sorry for the long story. 🥹

im from the philippines and ofc, getting ma here is illegal. i did ma and it was unsuccessful. didnt bleed. and still feel pregnant like always. i was beyond devastated. why? because i only have a 100 pesos with me and can’t even afford another set of pills anymore. my bf is also broke as well and still studying. no one from our family knows because they’ll force us to keep it even though we are financially unstable. i have no friends i can ask money for. currently 6 weeks and 5 days pregnant and i am losing all hope. what can i do? i feel like i may do all the things that i can do just to get rid of this. please help.

Hi, I need advice lang po. Medyo confused na ako kung normal ba ‘to or red flag na.

I’m currently working as a Client Relations Officer (CRO) sa isang aesthetic clinic, less than 1 month pa lang ako. Salary ko is 13k basic + 2k subsidy.

Ang concern ko is parang ine-expect nila na sumagot ako ng client inquiries kahit:
- rest day ko (Sunday, fixed off ko)
- naka-half day ako dahil may sakit

For example, today nag-half day ako kasi hindi maganda pakiramdam ko. Natulog ako para magpahinga, then nag-message HR asking bakit hindi ako sumasagot sa inquiries.

Wala naman pong sinabi during hiring or orientation na on-call kami or kailangan sumagot outside working hours. Wala rin additional pay for that. Also, personal phone ko pa gamit ko sa pag-handle ng accounts.

Another thing, may isa pang CRO pero naka-WFH siya and ibang branches ang hawak niya. Hindi kami interchangeable, so hindi niya nasasalo yung inquiries ko. Pero napapansin ko rin na yung ibang staff, kapag off nila, off talaga sila. Hindi sila pinapagalitan.

Gusto ko lang po malaman:
- Normal po ba ‘to sa ganitong industry?
- May mali po ba sa expectations ko na pag off or may sakit, hindi ako required mag-work?
- Paano niyo po iha-handle yung ganitong situation?
