Anyone here have to deal with maladaptive daydreaming AND borderline personality disorder AT THE SAME TIME????

I can not even explain myself at this point, I don’t know what’s real and what’s not, I don’t know who I am. Im 20yo and I have foggy memories because of that (and traumas tho ig). I feel like a stranger in my own body I don’t even know myself like that.
Can Anyone relate or have advices??
