I want to take MSc Biomedical Science in Australia

I’m not sure if this is the right sub for this, but I am not from Australia but want to take a Master of Biomedical Science course there. I’ll be first in our family to apply as an international student so I really have no one to ask. I’ve also been doing my research but there are also things I want to personally ask someone from there.

As an incoming international student from a 3rd world country? Do you guys think I’ll be able to fend for myself with just a part time job? Are there scholarships there for international students that actually help with boarding and allowance? Are the people there warm and welcoming to international students like me?
