How do I find the sellers I'm following on Facebook Marketplace?

I could have sworn at one point there was a button to view all the sellers I am following but I can't find it anywhere.

Googling and asking AI isn't helping either.

Is there just not a button to see the sellers you follow?

Confused About The Marriage License Process

My boyfriend and I have been together for over 10 years and we recently decided it's time to become legally married.

We aren't interested in having a ceremony or anything like that. We strictly just want to become legally married.

We applied online at the Montgomery County website and filled out all the necessary information.

We paid the fee, the application got approved, and we have an online meeting scheduled for tomorrow at 9AM.

My boyfriend wanted us to do the standard marriage method rather than the self-uniting one because he's worried about it not being legally recognized in other states that aren't familiar with it (I know he's being a bit paranoid).

I scheduled this online meeting two weeks ago and haven't heard anything further regarding instructions for how we are to access this online meeting.

When I log into the website I just see the message:

"Your application was submitted on Aug 2, 2026.

Your credit/debit card authorization has been received and will be charged upon acceptance of your application.

If your application is accepted, you should receive another email with a link to select a time slot for a Microsoft Teams meeting.

You have an appointment scheduled for Aug 18, 2026.

If you have any further questions, please send them to MLSupport@montcopa.org".

Am I going to get instructions and an invite for the meeting tomorrow online a few minutes before the scheduled meeting?

I sent a message to the email address listed above asking for clarification on how we are supposed to access the meeting tomorrow but I probably won't get a response email today.

Can someone give me the run down on what to expect tomorrow morning?

After this meeting happens, what do we have to do next?

Call our district judge to set up a meeting to get the license officiated?

I also saw on the Montgomery county website that it states "A marriage license is valid for 60 days from date it is issued".

So if we can't get an appointment with someone to officiate the marriage license within 60 days, we have to pay for another license?

Montgomery county really doesn't make this process completely clear, that's for sure.

Any help on this whole process would be extremely appreciative!

Tudor Mironesco Post Modern Style Artwork

Scored this beauty for $4 at a thrift store.

It needs a new back put on it to flatten the picture and get rid of the waviness on the sides but it will be good as new once I do that.

How do I satisfy reverse mortgage on estate out of my own bank account?

I am located in Pennsylvania, USA.

My grandfather just passed and we are now trying to figure out how to settle the estate.

There are two separate houses that are a part of the estate (two separate houses on two separate lots that are next to each other).

My grandmother and her parents built two separate houses on separate lots that are adjacent to each other back in the 1950s.

The will states that both houses are to be divided equally among the 3 children (my mother and my two uncles).

There is currently a reverse mortgage on the one house for a loan of $106,000.

We know that has to be paid off really soon but the actual estate doesn't have enough liquid cash to pay it off right now.

We don't want to immediately sell the two properties to get the liquid cash to pay off the reverse mortgage because we know that we can get more money for the two houses if we sold them for land value to a builder (each house is on 1 acre of land).

The issue is getting this all figured out with the township and finding an interested builder is going to take time (cleaning out the houses as well)

I, the grandchild to my grandfather would like to help out by paying cash out of my own bank account to satisfy the reverse mortgage to give us more time to figure everything out before we finally sell the house.

How do I protect myself and ensure I'm not going to get hit with any taxes or anything like that once I get my money back when we finally do sell the two homes.

Another side thing is my one uncle has been living in the other house since 1986 basically rent-free for years (not the house with the reverse mortgage on it).

Does that mean all the contents of the house now belong to the estate legally?

How do we know what is considered his stuff (he has a lot of my grandparents stuff in his house and my grandmother's parents stuff since he's been living in my great grandparents house since they passed away in the 1980s.

My grandfather just passed away this morning.

My grandfather just passed this morning and we are all extremely upset by it. He was sick for a while but up until these last few weeks I was able to have full conversations with him.

Yesterday when we visited him they had him on morphine at the hospital so we were unable to communicate with him and it was extremely heartbreaking.

We are going to miss him so much.

I just want to make sure he's ok and if he has anything to say to me that would let me know it really is him and that he's perfectly okay on the other side.

Has anyone had ICL Surgery done by Michael A. Aronsky at Kremer Eye Center?

I'm having a hard time finding reviews from actual patients of his but I saw in 2018 he implanted the first Visian Toric Lens in the tri-state area.

It seems like Kremer Eye Center is renowned in the tri-state area for lasik but I can't find much on ICL and what technology they use to determine your ICL sizing.

What did my brother's kids do to my cat last Saturday night?

The other night I brought my cat over to my brother's house since his children like when I bring the cat over. The kids were in one of the bedroom with the cat for an extended period of time.

I went in to check on the cat and he was scared in a corner with some sort of oily residue all over his back. The kids continue to deny doing anything to him.

After doing some detective work that evening, I believe the substance on the cat's back to have come from a slime toy which one of the kids was playing with that evening.

What I want to know is did the kids put the slime directly onto the cat's back or was it just slime residue on the kids hands that transferred to the cat?

My gut tells me the slime was put directly on him but I want to know what others might pick up on this situation.

I know it may not seem like a big deal but I just want to know what happened to him the other night.

I won’t be bringing the cat over to his house again.

I don't have a picture of the cat from that evening but this is a picture of the cat I just took.

My optician is amazing!!

I'm a -9.00 prescription and my optician absolutely nailed it!

1.74 hi index lenses.

I don't think circle glasses look the best on me but dang, they definitely are the most comfortable!

All you high prescription folk, find an independent optician.

It has been an absolute game changer for me.

I'm considering ICL Surgery in the next few years and trying to absorb as much information as I possibly can.

How do I find the most qualified surgeons close to me?

What are the important questions that I should be asking when I go for my consultation?

I live in Lansdale, Pennsylvania so if anyone local can recommend a great surgeon that would be awesome.

For all you high myopia folk, it is possible to get larger frames made and not look terrible!

I just found a local independent optician who does all the lens cutting in house by 1 guy.

I was nervous picking out such large frames but he assured me that he could absolutely make them look and work for my prescription.

I just picked them up today and I am blown away by how thin and light they are for a -9.00.

I've always been so self-conscious in glasses for years.

I always felt like I needed to pick out the frames with the smallest lenses possible which also cut down on my overall viewing window which I couldn't stand.

I see amazing out of these glasses, clearer than I've ever seen out of any previous pair that I've had.

If you have a high prescription, it is absolutely imperative to find a local optician who knows all the tips and tricks for getting the lenses as thin as possible in addition to the clarity.

If anyone local sees this, I put the optician I got them from below.

I picked out new glasses at America's Best and they set the PD of the glasses at 30.5mm for each eye.

They chose this PD using an iPad instead of a pupillometer.

When I asked the lady to measure my PD so I had it on file, she used a pupillometer and the measurements came out as

Right 31.0 mm

Left 29.5 mm

This more accurate measurement was done after my glasses were made and I went in to pick them up.

When I put the glasses on, they just don't seem right.

Things look a bit wonky when I move my head at all.

I tried wearing them for a few days since they said I would have to adjust to new glasses and it hasn't gotten better.

When I put my old glasses on I don't have any of the issues of wonkiness or distortion.

The lady at America's Best said to me that such little difference in PD shouldn't make a difference but reading online about how it is critical for higher prescriptions, which I have, I think this is causing issues for me.

Can anyone shed some light on this and/or the formula opticians typically utilize for determining how important PD is?
