Sudden strange finger pain
First things first, I have not gone outside today, it’s Sunday and I had 3 birthdays yesterday. So it couldn’t have been a sunburn.
In the afternoon, my pointer finger and middle finger on my left hand started feeling like they were tingeling with pain. It was bearable, but heat made it worse and only cool things like the breeze of a fan or under room-temperature water could help it.
It steadily got worse.
Fast forward to now, the same day but almost midnight, all ten of my fingers feel like they are burning from the inside out.
I put aftersun on my hands, but that only worked for like five minutes maximum. They feel like they are actively burning as I’m typing this. But when I touch other parts of my body like my chest, they aren’t warmer.
Does anyone have any idea what’s happening?
Also, I have no idea if this is the correct sub for this.
Update: It’s now the next morning, and the strange burning feeling has disappeared. I still don’t know what caused it, but it’s gone for now. I’ll update again if it comes back. (I’ll go to the doctor if it comes back, as there’s nothing anymore right now.)
TLDR: my hands are burning from the inside out and I don’t know how to make it stop.
