Is Italy a good place for bachelor's

Heyy! Is Italy a good choice for me to get a bachelor's in business and finance

I didn't look into European countries for bachelor's because people around me were telling me it's better to get a degree from an English speaking country but I don't know Italy seems like a pretty good choice to me

I've looked into UK,US other European and Asian countries but Italy caught my eye. I just wanna know do y'all think it's a good idea to get bachelor's there or should I look into other countries ?

Also the other thing is the language but I'm trying -- I have been learning language for like 2 years now so it will be easy to me to learn Italian and adapt to a new environment ig?

Soo... Any advice or opinion about taking bachelor's there? Anyone planning to go there or already there feels free to give an opinion

Any fully funded bachelor's?

I am rn shortlisting countries which have fully funded scholarship for bachelor's it's hard to find cuz scholarships are mainly for masters and PhD and I plan to make those in the future but rn I don't have enough fund for the bachelors abroad and staying in my hometown isn't really a good choice for me

Any help?
