WTF???

Cathedral city, thinly sliced red onion, Quorn pepperoni, chilli flakes and oregano.

They didn’t have a vegan pizza in the shop so made this and it was soooo good. Wish I took a pic but I had to eat it asap. That is all.

Fancied an extra cheesy version of my ‘carbonara’ sauce and got this. Reminded me so much of those packets I’d eat as a teenager. Do with this info what you will.

Makes two portions.

To a blender add:
- 50g cashews, previously soaked in boiling water
- 2/3 cup soya milk
- 4 tbspn nooch
- 1/2 tbspn white miso
- 1 small garlic clove
- black pepper to taste

Mix this w your fave pasta boiled in salty water. Chuck in some peas, broccoli, whatever. Add some reserved pasta water n mix on the heat til it’s all creamy and thick.

I also air fried some Tesco plant based chicken strips and mixed those in, then I added cathedral city on top. This was such a good comfort meal for the first day of my period.

Monday: glutes
Tuesday: back, shoulders & arms
Wednesday: full lower body
Thursday: chest & back plus core
Friday: extra lower with calves
Saturday: arms & abs

Does anyone do pole fitness and use ladder for cross training? Going to start pole training soon and looking for a team to go alongside. Any recs? Currently with Ascend but thinking something else may be better to complement it.

Planning a trip to Warsaw in July and looking for events like day festivals, club nights, cultural events around that time. Can’t see much on RA or Ticketmaster. TIA
