does anyone else get unreasonably mad when someone asks them for a favor?

what the title says. i noticed this about myself lately, and it happens with really simple things too. someone could ask me for something as easy as bringing them something from the other room, and it just fills me with rage. it just feels like, "why can't you do it yourself? why do you expect me to wait on you hand and foot?". it's a dramatic reaction, i know, and i don't WANT to feel this way, especially with people who i'm close to. i just know it's probably triggering something from my past, and i don't know what. does this happen to anyone else here?

is this a so-blind thing?

so i noticed something about myself recently, and it's that i don't tell the people around me when something significant happens. whether it's extremely bad or extremely good, i just don't have an urge to tell people unless they are important to me, like my fiance or best friend.

for example, i got engaged 2 months ago and my co-workers didn't even know until today, and they only found out because they asked about it first. my family still has no clue.

i don't do this from a place of fear, and i don't feel uncomfortable once they DO know, it's just a mindset of "i don't see a point in wasting my energy on telling people". i'm assuming this is a social blind thing, but i would like to hear some opinions lol.
