I have a good chunk of shares in deep sea minerals and I feel like the deep sea mining market is so undervalued rn for what they could possible pick up from the seabed. I want to stay in the stock for long term but I need to get more info on how possible democrat presidental candidates think about the topic in order to sell before the presidency or hold till the sector evolves into a commercial industry.

He made the worst deal in history with Iran!!!! And now I need to do a bad deal with them aswell😲

Sidenote: I am not that much into meterology or climate science but more into geography.

We have a lot of heat from north Africa/Parts of Sahara Desert over a Month now. It is a symbol of a horseshoe (France and parts of eastern Europe aswell as the Nordics are way more wet and cooler than central Europe/Around Alps)

I was wondering if we could get more rainy weather from north Africa/Sahara for central European Summers in the future decades by trying to make parts of the desert green?

As I said I am not much into meterology and its science so I was wondering if that could lead to less dry winds/streams/weather in central Europe?

From a practical perspective it may sound like it would not be manageable because the Sahara Desert is just so big. However in small examples like „Three North Shelterbelt“ in China we see that it can be achieved but only on the long term and with enough forces and will from the organisations or parties whom belongs these parts of the desert.

I would be thankful to have answers and theories on that topic

I think there could be 2 reasons:

1. The announcement of japan for deep sea mining. People who aren‘t familiar with the topic will read the stock Deep Sea Minerals as THE stock of this sector while they don‘t know that TMC is the currently bigger one and also in the regulatory process a step closer.

2. Full Compliance for DSEAF should come next week when given the time it took for NOAA to get from substential to full compliance at TMC. So a few people already may position themselves in the stock for the potential upcoming rally

Trump Administration pusht derzeit ihre eigene NOAA (National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration) dazu, schnellere Genehmigungsverfahren für Explorer zu schaffen. So weit so gut.

Nun hat es aber nun ein erstes Mal in der US Geschichte ein Unternehmen TMC geschafft, sich über die NOAA ein full compliance zu bekommen. Aber nicht irgendein full compliance für Rohstoffabbau, sondern für Tiefsee Rohstoffabbau.

Es ist immer noch ein weiter weg, weil als nächstes erstmal Explorationslizenz kommt, wo dann die Harvest Technik des Unternehmens in die Lupe genommen wird. Jedoch zeigt es, dass Trump‘s Executive Orders bereits Wirkung zeigen.

Er verbietet Magnete aus China für seine Rüstungsindustrie bis 2028 und Zölle auf andere kritische Mineralien aus China, die in die USA eingeführt werden. Gleichzeitig werden Tiefseegebiete vor American Samoa begutachtet und laut FED sollen diese als Lease freigegeben werden für die Ressourcenunabhängigkeit von China.

Nun aber zum spannenden Teil. Der Zeitplan von TMC. Substential Compliance der NOAA bekamen sie 09.03.2026 und Full Compliance erhielten sie 01.05.2026. Dazwischen liegen 39 US Werktage.

Ein weiteres aber noch weitaus kleineres Unternehmen ist Deep Sea Minerals SEAS. Auch dieses hat bereits von Trump profitiert und innerhalb kurzer Zeit Substential Compliance von der NOAA erhalten (01.06.2026).

Wenn man nun als Maßstab die Timeline vom anderen Unternehmen TMC nimmt, und die 39 Werktage auf das Datum des Erhalts der Substential Compliance von SEAS rechnet, bekommt man den 28.07.2026 als mögliches Datum für den Erhalt von Full Compliance für Deep Sea Minerals SEAS.

Das bedeutet es könnte sein, dass nächste Woche eine regulatorische Hürde erreicht wird und damit wieder eine erneute Rally bei Deep Sea Minerals SEAS anfangen könnte.
