Advice for making the most of USNWC.

I need tips for how to get the most out of USNWC in Charlotte. I don't get a lot of seat time and when I go to the center, I usually feel like I hit a brick wall and just bomb down the same lines on each channel. Where are the best spots that you use there to practice surfing, edge control, attainment, and you name it? At 46m It feels like I need more to keep my confidence and edge on lock.
