I had my first Bimzelx injection on Wednesday night.
When I woke up Thursday I felt rundown and just overall crummy. In the afternoon I went outside with my son a bit and was hit by nausea. I went home and laid down for 1h and it went away but I still felt sort of fragile and exhausted.
Friday I felt better, slight headache but not as exhausted.
Saturday I woke up feeling more rundown than Thursday. I was exhausted and almost felt weak. I went to run an errand and suddenly felt like I was burning, faint, sweating in the afternoon and was convinced I would be sick, the nausea was intense. It passed after like 45-60 min and I laid down to rest. It helped but I still felt sort felt very weak after. In the evening, I felt out of it again and started to have GI pain as well as diarrhea, burning and sweating again. The diarrhea stopped after a couple of hours but I still have pain.
I know Bimzelx can affect the GI tract and I will contact the company and my doctor on Monday to see if it’s all normal. I have trouble believing I will put myself through that again in 4 weeks.
Anyone had a similar experience? IBD has been ruled out through a colonoscopy with biopsy, even though I had a slightly high cal pro test and frequent pain in the same spot.

I’m knitting socks and the pattern calls for a RLI round. The video shows two RL1 increases, on both sides, but they are using magic loops. I’m knitting in the round on short sock cables. Should it then be only one RL1 increases at the start of my row or one at the start and one at the end?

I’m knitting the 198 yds of heaven shawl. I’ve done row 1-22 of the pattern. I’m now at repeat two of these rows. Since the number of stitches is higher now, I’m unsure if I need to knit everything between the * more than once or just what’s between the brackets. Thank you!
I’ve counted the increases 3 times and I always get 40 stitches when the patterns say 50 stitches. Am I misunderstanding it or is there an error in the pattern? Screenshot in the comments. Thank you!
SLEEVES:
Cast on 24 stitches with circular needle size 7 mm and 1 strand of each quality (= 2 strands). Work stocking stitch back and forth, casting on stitches for the sleeve cap at the end of each row as follows: 3 stitches 1 time, 3 stitches 1 time, 1 stitch 0 times, 2 stitches 2 times and 3 stitches 1 time on each side = 50 stitches.
Thank you to everyone, I realized that it was a comprehension issue. I’m French and things get lost in translation. I took each side as the end of each row and not knit side + purl side.
I’m absolutely confused as to what this pattern means:
Work as follows from the right side: 1 GARTER STITCH – read description above, work rib (knit 1, purl 1) until there are 2 stitches left, knit 1 and 1 garter stitch. Continue this rib back and forth for 4-4-4-5-5-5 cm.
And then the description for the garter stitch:
GARTER STITCH (worked back and forth):
Knit all rows – from both the right and wrong side.
1 ridge in height = knit 2 rows
I know what garter stitch USUALLY is, the knitting of all stitches but what’s the difference between 1 knit followed by 1 garter stitch?

I’ve been on Rinvoq for almost 1.5 years. At first it was literally a miracle. Within 2 weeks all my psoriasis cleared and after 3-4 weeks I felt lighter, happier and almost pain free. I could run and play with my son in a way I hadn’t in a long time, if ever. It even showed in my blood work, I had normal levels of c-reactive protéine which had not happened since it was first tested in 2018.
Then after a couple of months I’ve got a bad flu and things changed. The joint pain, fatigue, brain fog were back. The psoriasis was still under control, I no longer had inflammation on my face, me skin was no longer getting randomly itchy, the sore on the corner of my lips weren’t back either.
After a few months of the pain being back, I had a talk with my rheumatologist. We were both wary about changing medication because it was the first we tried that had positive results and if we moved to something else, insurance would never approve to come back since we would have declared it as failed. We talked about waiting and seeing and also me getting on Wegovy. Knowing that Wegovy and the likes were on the verge of having bio similar approved in Canada, I decided to wait until it was affordable.
Now for the past 2.5 months, I’ve been having a patch of psoriasis under my left armpit. It’s growing. Before that my psoriasis had always been only on the palms of my hands, never anywhere else. It’s not back on my hands, the medication is still keeping that at bay.
But I’m wondering if anyone developed new psoriasis or a form of psoriasis they never had while on a JAK inhibitor?
