>Ravens C Danny Pinter was carted away from practice on Wednesday after suffering an apparent injury.

>Pinter has been competing with C Ethan Pocic for the starting job. Pocic notably suffered a season-ending Achilles tendon rupture last year. Hopefully, Pinter escapes with a minor injury and the competition can continue.

>The Baltimore Ravens received encouraging news Tuesday night after NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reported cornerback Nate Wiggins did not suffer structural damage to his injured left knee or leg.

Wiggins went down while covering rookie wide receiver Ja’Kobi Lane on a deep pass from Lamar Jackson during one-on-one drills. The 2024 first-round pick appeared to be in significant pain and could not put weight on his left leg as trainers helped him enter the team facility. Head coach Jesse Minter acknowledged after practice that he didn’t have much information while Wiggins was undergoing tests. Minter said there was optimism but declined to offer a diagnosis or timetable for his return.

Shanahan was "a limited participant in training camp after suffering a concussion and other injuries in a July 14 car crash"

Other interesting tidbits from practice:

• WR Jordan Watkins had 2 touchdowns on 3 catches out of 5 targets.
• DT Alfred Collins was working in team drills for the 1st time since offseason shoulder surgery
• Rookie DT Gracen Halton was back from his knee bone bruise and looked quick in 1-on-1 pass rush drills
• To make room for WR KhaDarel Hodge and DE Ogbo Okoronkwo, the 49ers waived DT Kevin Givens and DE Cam Sample. Sample had been dealing with a knee issue. Givens had previously signed with the 49ers on 7/26/26. Givens has been with the team in some capacity for the last 7 seasons so wouldn't be surprised to see him back

>[Bell] was a seventh-round pick out of Prairie View A&M by the then-Oakland Raiders. He was eventually released by the Raiders and found his way onto the Tampa Bay Buccaneers' roster during the season in which they won Super Bowl LV. He spent the past couple of seasons with the Miami Dolphins, logging 24 appearances and three starts.

>Over the course of his career, Bell has played in 33 games and recorded 38 tackles, one sack and four tackles for a loss.

A few interesting tidbits:

• No injury timeline from the team for WR Christian Kirk (calf strain) and LT Vederian Lowe (high ankle sprain), but both injuries are typically multiweek recoveries.
• DE Romello Height was carted off the field, but was reportedly dealing with severe cramps and seems OK.
• Shanahan watched practice for 45m on the field with Lynch. "Though he’s still dealing with concussion symptoms resulting from a July 14 vehicle collision, Shanahan showed good instincts in scrambling out of the way on Purdy’s deep-ball attempt to Evans."
• RB Jordan James missed the last third of practice and was being checked out by trainers, but no injury update from the team.
• LB Nick Martin has been lining up as 1st team strongside LB, 2nd team weakside LB after taking snaps on weakside in year 1, which could give him a chance to win a starting strongside job over LB Luke Gifford.

>While Bosa said last month that he is “pretty far along” in his recovery, both Williams and White have made great strides the last month. Williams tore his ACL on Nov. 2 and was working with resistance bands at the 49ers’ workouts last month, but he has progressed enough that the expectation is that he will be ready to return to the field very early at camp, if not for the beginning.

>Williams has called Bosa — who tore his ACL six weeks earlier — a “real big brother” in helping him on the road back from knee surgery.
