Please delete this if it is not permissable, but I wanted to share something that has helped me immensely and may be able to help others.

This £5 antiseptic cleansing spray has changed my life! It's not glamorous and doesn't have fancy packaging but I started spraying my scalp a couple of months ago with this and I no longer have itching, redness or scaling!

This may not work for everyone, I understand that, but I'm posting this hoping to help someone with the misery of psyrosis scalp.
