Happy 250th America @ Obama Presidential Center South Chicago

Immersive and full of art! Very different from other Presidential Libraries in its trying to be more than a museum. It is a gathering place, place where folks truly diverse come to learn and a place that has more than just artifacts or political signaling. It is a personal experience.

Insanely Long Processing Times!

In this modern day and age of instant transfers, Paypal is really left behind! It takes more than 5 days for transfers to clear between my tenant's bank (a credit union) and my Paypal account. Then another 3-4 days for my Paypal account to my bank. They have introduced crypto with Paypal USD, which pays 4%, but to send or receive crypto there is a verification process, which is still pending after 5 days (says it takes 3 days to clear). In the meantime, my bills are due, rent is due and it takes half a month of preparation to get money in the right place.

Why does anyone even use PayPal anymore? The only thing that is somewhat useful is Xoom or Venmo, both PayPal companies but far better than the parent!

Picturesque Small Perfect - PSP

First time in PSP on a transit from Chicago. What an awesome airport - closest to a mainland version of Hawaiian airports like KOA. Having outdoor areas airside allows us to soak in that SoCal sun between flights! Tiny shops and restaurants truly show character and hospitality. Well equipped gate ramps, charging stations and facilities rounded out this cutie!!
