They didn't ask for any fees. Is that why the application is not considered or something? How can I check?

I got energy economics from bhu in 1st round. is it good course??? .. should I got for it...

I want to prepare for government exams. I wanted general economics but cutoff in bhu is still too high... I don't want to take drop.....
