I am considering starting to use this DAW is I am all for the grunginess and dreaminess of what it offers, not THAT there but giving me control and even the ability to customise it.
But before I start using it and buy the license, I would really like to know what difficulties, experiences or stuff that you actually liked experienced along the way in your personal path with reaper !

Have you guys noticed that after getting ill your voice sounds different? I recently got a cold, my brother got it too and we are thinking it was either influenza or covid. And my voice went one or two pitches lower, my air control got weaker and that is making me feel insecure.
Is it a me problem or a universal experience?
I will also add that I haven’t attend my classes in a bit due to lack of motivation and stress (probably since may or the start of June). Thank you for reading !

What are the sounds in Pop Music and Numetal? I know, opposites. But I want ear-trained opinions.
For example, I know that Pop’s sound can be mostly synths (correct me if I’m wrong), and Numetal’s sound has bass, guitar, drums. If you have any other sound you can add to my list it WILL be appreciated!! 🫶🏻

I have a Tascam TM-80 and I want to know if I can plug it into my phone to make some covers! (My phone’s an Iphone 14) If so, what would I need for it? Thank you if you take your time to answer

I haven’t found a link that I can trust on, I’m new in the community/reddit. And I truly do not like most DAWs, even if I can afford them, I know music theory but I’m not a big tech person 😓. If anyone has a link I’ll gladly appreciate it.
