For anyone who went from a CIBC co-op/internship to a full-time role after graduation, what did the salary jump look like?
I’m mainly curious about roles like Business Analyst, Data Analyst, BSA etc., in tech and business side.
If you’re comfortable sharing:
What was your co-op salary/hourly rate?
What was your new-grad full-time base salary?
What level were you hired at?
Was there a bonus, and roughly what %?
Did you convert directly from your co-op team or come back to CIBC later?
How much room was there to negotiate?

Is it possible to create a Power BI dashboard where the number of KPI cards changes dynamically based on a category filter? For example, if I filter by a category, I want to see a different number of KPI cards depending on how many rows are in that category. If so, how can I do this?
