Game where grinding is inconsequential?

I'm looking for a Monster Taming game where grinding is inconsequential. As in, the strength of characters has no/little relation to how much they are used. Or another way to put it, I want to freely be able to make alterations to my load out without being greatly penalized for swapping in something I didn't put time into already.

The defining feature of various characters should be innate, not based on how much time/resources I have invested into them.

For clarity, since I have inquired about something similar in the past and had easy games recommended. I am not looking for a game that is easy and thus makes grinding is unnecessary. I likely would prefer a more difficult game (though that's not a requirement), so long as it tests your team composition and tactics, rather than offering the out to just grind.

[DS Lite] Completed set-up (screen showed as normal). On mandatory restart; Power light on but screen black.

This DS lite has been sitting untouched for several years.

When initially plugging in a charger, it wouldn't start (no power light), but after about 20 minutes of charging, it started and asked for initial set up to be done (the battery likely was completely dead).

I completed the initial set-up without issue. The system then requires a restart. After turning off the system, when trying to start the system again, the power light would come on, but the screen would remain black.

Does anyone know what is going on and recommended next steps?

PNGs have a margin applied to both sides. Why?

All PNGs on my pre-launch page have a margin on each side, which as you can see above, is not applied to text or GIFs. They do not have this margin in the editor; only on the final page.

It does not seem related to the image size. The PNG in the image above has a width of 2445px, while other PNGs on the page with a width of 1601px have the exact same size margin.

Does anyone know what the cause of this may be?
