Fractional Season Ticket Opportunity!

Hi all,

The Warriors schedule came out today! We (3 of us) are offering a 25% fractional share of a full season ticket plan. That allows you to get full season ticket privileges such as pricing, seat placement, merch/food discounts, an other full season benefits at partial season ticket prices.

Details:

$7040 Total
Includes 2 Tickets to 10 regular season and 1 pre season game
Sec 106, Row 14, Seats 1 & 2 (lower bowl aisle seats, corner court view, nice placement in price code)
Access to United Club with private entrance/bathroom/food choices
Ability to resell any unused tickets on Ticketmaster with no fee
Option to buy post season tickets at face value if you wish
Here's the view from the seats

Notes:

- We are conducting a ticket draft on Monday night, so we need to know right away so you can be included in the draft. You would get the tickets of the games you drafted to your ticketmaster account right after the draft.

- Ability to renew yearly if you wish. Warriors slated to have $100 million salary cap space next year, so team should see huge improvements next couple of years.

- DM me with interest. We'll start down the line from first DM onward to answer any questions until we find someone that is interested.

Let me know if you have any questions

rocketmortgage fail

I've been unable to get servicing on my mortgage with rocketmortgage for a week. They told me system maintenance would delay their ability to respond until today, June 6. I then reach them on chat and they say they can no longer service my needs via chat, and to call. I then call and they ask for loan number or ssn. I try both, and even though the automated system repeats the correct number, it says it can't find it and instructs me to call back when I have it without giving me a chance to talk to a human. If it wasn't such a big company, I would start worrying they went under and are avoiding customers... maybe that's not too far fetched.

Dominican University financial grade

In Forbes financial grades for private universities, Marin’s Dominican University gets D and the lowest score of any California university. They recently absorbed Holy Names after they went under. I think recent educational loan reform may make it worse for them since they rely heavily on revenue from their nursing program. Lots of student futures and staff jobs on the line, I hope they get their financial house in order.

The good news is, of 656 drivers in Novato's latest DUI checkpoint, zero were actually drunk. The title is misleading since the 2 "DUI Arrests" were actually suspended license arrests. If we think it's worth it to catch about 2 % of drivers that are unlicensed and 0.5% of drivers that are on suspended license, we should rename these things "Drivers License Checkpoint"

Hi there, Bought a PS5 hoping to get my daughters into gaming and failed. So I use it very rarely until I I saw MSFS released on PS5. I've been waiting for that. Love the game. Would love to use the Jetson One but it doesn't seem to work on the DualSense controller. Is it just me?

My 90yo mother had a joint surgery at Marin Health. Surgery was successful and doctor/staff were great. She has a top of the line PPO Medicare supplement plan that should have covered it all. However the bill came and showed she owed $6000 even after insurance payment. She was very upset.

After a call, they said “oh Medicare sent a follow up disallowing that amount. Disregard the bill and you owe nothing.” Why do I get this feeling that Marin Health “accidentally on purpose” send erroneous billls hoping confused or elderly patients might just pay.
