2months in - 7kilo down

Hi all,

i'm 2 months in. Taking tablet form (7mg per day). Starting weight at the beginning of September was just on 108kg - now I'm at 101kg.

i've upped my exercise - trying to move more daily (semi-sedentary desk office job!), and i am cycling 100kms per week (3 days a week for 1-2 hours).

first month i felt very 'agitated' most of the time - but that lessened, 2nd month felt anxious a lot - sometimes real panic mode - but that too has passed.

ive always been a bad eater - and im trying better to get regular good foods. Still drinking too much beer - but working on that one too. High stress job and a very poor sleeper!

I want to get back to my pre-covid weight / activity of 80kg's - fit and active before its too late.

EXIF and Photo Analyser

Hi all, i am building an Exif reader for photographs. It is completely 100% local and no data goes outside of the webbrowser.

I have added an AI analyser - but i want to expand the functionality of this by using a google lens like AI analysis of the photo

e.g. 'its a construction site' or 'its a steering wheel of a truck' or its a plant of x variety. but i am struggling to get the AI stuff to work correctly. My AI stuff gives the standard information available from the EXIF information, but i would like to get more.

Using Google lens would not be appropriate as i don't want the user to have to upload the file to Google Lens (defeats the purpose of running completely in the browser.

Any advice would be most welcome.

garmin edge 1050 Desktop mount

Hi all, i am a new owner of a Garmin Edge 1050 - it replaces a 1030 which had one too many offs and the rear lock broke 😞

Does anyone know of a desktop mount which would be available to buy that could support charging via the back connectors as opposed to the usb-c charging port?
